Astroglide? That’s for amateurs.

Jesus Christo, someone finally freaking agrees with me. If you wanted to leave you should’ve been trying 2-3 years ago. Some clowns will chirp up and say, “oh well my last 3 FOs beg the differ!” You can’t just throw an app in and bounce. You need to figure out how your butt is getting to PHX because that’s the big one and you better believe everyone will be there. Pilots with 5k hrs and 2k in TPIC galore. Trust me I’ve been tracking and following this for the past year. Not to mention in that above said category hustling for a spot.

APA picketing March 23rd out in MIA. Go join the fight with a non ALPA carrier while your ALPA carrier at SPA/F9 raw dogs you without the KY.

As someone who hasn’t been through a replacement and is about to start training, with hopes of MCO sooner rather than later, can someone explain how the increase by 100+ pilots in that base will affect me?

My thought is people will be trying to bid out of it, thus opening spots. But again, I’ve never experienced this. Thanks in advance.

No one knows for sure, but the 200+ displaced pilots will all be senior to you and going to various bases in the system. ATL will likely need to be filled by new hires for a while, so you may have to commute for a while, but MCO is the fastest growing base, you will be able to hold it at some point. You should know better in a couple of weeks after the vacancies and displacements close.

ehh, I dunno. An ACY F/O with pretty much a typical resume applied to DELTA like two and a half weeks ago, he got an Invite already.... I honestly don't think it's all that hard to get hired at a Legacy anymore...

One pilot… one pilot. Can you give more insight. You apply Chimp man. Give us an update then. FFS do it. Let us know. The people leaving aren’t on here asking the questions because they obviously figured it out. I’m telling you It’s not as simple as sending it in. If it is give us the details. Help the rest of us out. Everyone is hiring they say… dare I say anymore.

If they’re giving chicks a shot, it must be pretty easy to get hired at a legacy theses days.
