Sadly FO stagnation is real and we can’t get off reserve to make that big money.

If you don’t mind, where are you based or is this at every base?

Is there a way to see the date of hire for the junior line holder in each base?

I have friends that were in my new hire at very base. None are holding a line.

I had a line in March, 11 months in at DFW. Back on reserve in APR and looks like I’m probably the plug and on reserve for the rest of my days. AA and SWA never looked better.

It looks like FLL is still the most junior and the quickest to get a line as a new hire. Most junior lineholder on last award looks like a July 2021 hire. I think if you were/are hired in 2022, it will be a long time to get a line.

That won’t last long with all the ORD and DTW guys commuting to FLL now.

Yeah, true... but lets not forget, MCO is adding 117 new pilots, ATL 137. So it will be spread out quite a bit. I think when the dust settles after this displacement FLL/MIA will end up being the most junior out of all bases. It will still be a long time to hold a line for anyone hired in 2022 and beyond. I also still think 1 more base will be announced this year, hopefully by end of 2nd quarter or early 3rd quarter.
