If you’re wearing a backpack with your pilot uniform you look ridiculous and further, if you have on both shoulders you make the guy next to you look like he’s dropping you off at preschool. I don’t care if it’s tumi, you look like an idiot.

There is also only one color suitcase and it’s black. Period.

Someone is in a bad mood… who cares let people get to work how ever they want to…

And for the new guys, as fall and winter approaches, the pilot sweater or north face are not approved uniform.

Cmon…. They didn’t look like school kids…. They look like Mormon missionaries!

Seriously, we are scraping bottom of the barrel here soon, you think uniform compliance is a reason why these guys are still available for Spirit? I agree our uniform compliance is a joke, but it’s around #856 on the list of what I care about right now.

I don’t wear a backpack to work but boy do I feel silly bringing the big bag along when I’m doing day turns all the time.

Just carry whatever you bring your iPad in. Brightline or a briefcase.

Don’t worry, soon you’ll be packing for a 4 day trip, non commutable on both ends. You’ll have tons of crap to bring.

Fucck yeah, I’ll stuff my thong in my brightline bag. Watch out El Segundo, here I come.
