AFG corporate info also doesn’t confirm this information and it seems to go against their stated corporate identity as specializing in dry leasing sim hours. Trying to say that Spirit has invested any significant amount of money in training or infrastructure is folly.

You could pack up the Sheltair assets into another pod. Everything this company does is focused on the cheapest, minimalist way to perform the task and yes that includes the training department.

I think sending FO’s to recurrent every three months rather than paying a seat support to do it proves that point.

I think your being generous on the number of pods, you didn’t notice the rent-a-center barcodes under the desks at Miramar? I got disconnected from a scheduler because Aaron’s came and took her desk and chair away.

Up until 3 years ago, the sims weren’t even full motion. They used to use Riddle interns to move it around like marionettes, in exchange for a seniority list position after 2 years.

We don’t outsource our instructors most importantly. That’s what matters most.

So that's what? 3 people still here after 8 months? Not sure that's going to make a dent, but hey, let's just give the new hires yet another reason to want to bail.

You would leave if you were rebased? AQP requires CA/FO pairings and FOs are cheaper to move forward. Rebase everyone for 4 months in a row or just once, 4 months early? Sounds logical and is a clever solution. The only re-basing that will expedite attrition is coming tomorrow at noon.

That has been delayed again from what I’ve been told.

I've heard murmurs of the same. A Charlie Foxtrot for sure

Isn't this about right? I was hopeful Bendo's latest email was a resignation letter, but alas just more half truths.

Think I was in a van with you once, you spoke to the van driver and attractive woman in the front seat , in “phonetic alphabet.” Wasn’t impressing anyone, actually nerdy
