Default Onboarding

Anyone have any idea how to get in contact with whomever does onboarding in HR? Wasnt able to complete the HireRight drug test in the 48 hrs and now the HireRight login is expired. Terrified i may have shot myself in the foot and will lose the cjo.

Do you have the name and contact for the HR person who contacted you with your job offer? Maybe try to reply to one of your pre-employment emails and see if it gets to a person.

[email protected] is who you are suppose to contact if you do not complete the drug test in 48 hours. But they have been backed up some. I’m going through onboarding myself at the moment. I wouldn’t be too concerned about the drug test thing. You didn’t “decline” it. Just might delay your background check.
