Thank you, Mr. Delta, for putting us lowly pilots back in our place. Now hurry back to your ivory tower before the stench of the unwashed masses hit your nostrils.

The reality is that Spirit is no legacy. Legacy pilots are in a different league and compensated accordingly.

Don’t feed the troll.

I have a friend who applied at Spirit with 1500 hours in a 172 with no college. Called an hour after applying and was hired.

By June 2023 United, American, Southwest and Delta will be hiring pilots with no college and 1500 hours in a single engine aircraft.

There is just no reason to accept less than the Alaska hourly rates.

Sometimes you have to save management from themselves.

Every airline pays the same for tires, for landing fees, for jet fuel, etc.

The Spirit pilots deserve the Alaska rates or better.

It’s just business.

JMHO

You either are HR for every…single…airline…with access to sensitive information at each, or you have no idea what you are talking about. I know which one my money is on.

If you add total alimony checks written monthly to the number of pairs of truck nuts that you have on vehicles, multiplied that by the amount of breasts your blazer has, what number do you get?

Just another Delta pilot coming to make sure we understand he’s above us. I think they get trained on this as part of Indoc. Nothing new to see here.
