flying from one major to metropolitan to another… what’s your point?

would you rather see us fly between Flagstaff, AZ and Scranton, PA?

That would be cool adding DCA as a station, but I'm surprised they don't want to fly from there to our usual destinations first.

I remember the river visual being kinda fun.

DOT deciding between Spirit doing SJC and Alaska doing SAN-DCA. I remember Spirit calling the DOJ a bunch of hacks on the last earnings call and having no political influence.

The Bay Area already has two daily flights, meanwhile SAN has none.

whats the “final plan” and why couldn’t it be implemented two years ago?

Ran into Ted. He filled me in on the plan. He got this email from a Nigerian Prince promising him a chunk of money. He wired the funds to get the guy out of prison, now just waiting to hear back from him sometime in July.

Can your planes go DCA-SJC with the shorter runways at DCA?

Yes, DCA isn't short, it's like 7000ft. Other airlines with the same planes do it every day.

Im thinking it would have to be a neo. I don't think an A320 ceo has legs for that, especially with an alternate which is usual in the Bay Area. Regardless of runway length.

I’m sure it will probably be a NEO, however I have done a transcon going west in a A320ceo before.
