Nobody here is ****ing about that. What DALPA is doing for our furloughed guys is very much appreciated.

And its what youre supposed to do. DAL ALPA is helping out furloghed NK pilots becuase its what youre supposed to do with all of us being ALPA. All furliughed/soon to be furloughed pilots are all grateful with the hope of finding a soft landing, if available.

15 yrs is too excessive, but at least around 5 years. Jr CA in the company is about 85%, we have 17,500 pilots. That means you have to be in the 14,800 to be JR CA, at 500 retirements a year aprox = 5.25yrs to be 85% seniority. Thats at current numbers without growth/shrink due to economic reasons.

And that's for 717A. 320/737 is a bit more senior to that.

Well it sounds to me like DALPA is going above and beyond the minumum... MEC funding job fairs and interview prep isn't something I'd take for granted.
