how was that a “ transformation”.

you guys are all the missing it. I know you don’t want to listen to a troll. I guess in time you will all find out.

Wouldnt get too excited. The FA’s have been doing a new version of S3 training. My guess is ULCC model is going away and we will start offering a business type bundle or beater seats, meals, cocktails. All this is moot unless we refi the debt.

This.

I assume debt is basically finalized, it’s why they waited until August for this roll out, and will be announced soon.

Our FAs having to do a full service, now that will be fun to watch

But it but the judge said jetblue would eliminate an ULCC and that could never happen...

Free drinks and snacks with some bundles and free wifi is lackluster at best.

Wondering why Spirit doesn’t get a credit card deal. Full disclosure - I’m an idiot, so let’s get that out of the way.

Banks have to want to do the deal so it is profitable for them as well. The majoirty of the credit card users that the legacy airlines have don't really make the credit card companies much money. The "big fish" are what really make it worth it. Those that spend over $100k per year on their branded credit card is where the real profits are. Also, the card holder have to want to use the card for that many purchases. A business owner that uses the card for $20k per month, and then takes a family of 5 on 2 European vacations first class with points at Delta is the target customer for the cards. Not really something that Spirit can offer.

The typical spirit passenger...well...is different.
