Almost all of the "profesional" interactions outside of work I used to have over email are now in text: contractors, financial advisors, realtor. For those I pretty much use the same format as email, including subject, salutation, and "Regards, Symbian" at the end. If I text socially, I try to do a quick spell check, but use emojis, shortcuts, less interpunction. Mostly agree with that article, and I am old.

Is Spirit the first transgendered airline? It’s a ULCC, but now thinks it’s a premium airline? I guess anything is possible now.

I dunno but TC did say in the town hall that we are and will remain a ulcc value play airline.

Yeah pretty sure the term “ULCC” has been jettisoned from all company literature.

Maybe Indigo will keep us separate from Frontier since we're transforming into a more premium airline.
