Well dorianass was one that free loaded at hdq and he just left to fedex. One tried to work up the ladder but realize that this isn't the pinnacle Memphis flying club and stopped trying. I'm sure there are others.

I had him for an instructor for one of my LOFT while I was at Pinnacle. I couldn't believe it when I saw him while I was in initial training. I was thinking "how did he get a job here"

Is it true a lot of Capt/First Officers are leaving and moving on to the Legacy Carriers? Is this the reason for all the hiring?

As a senior FO, I moved up over 20 numbers between January and July, for what it's worth. That's not a huge amount, and not all of that was voluntary attrition, but people must be going somewhere.
