Very simple... Lots of TMAAT questions. Have some interesting stories to share, since you'll be in a group while one person is doing the panel. No written test. That's it.

I highly recommend an interview prep. Aero Crew Solutions or Emerald Coast. I used Aero Crew and it was worth every penny. I dont think I "aced" the interview, but I did very well and wouldn't have without the prep. Anyway, I got the job.

I looked at it as an investment of quite a bit of time and a few hundred dollars. My return is a multi million dollar career. Well worth it as the job is absolutely yours if you have an interview scheduled. That means they want you here.

Thanks for the update and input, I hope to meet you all on the line soon!

Does planespotters.net have it correct that 321 #6 will be delivered imminently and the first 320neo coming soon?

We just received 660NK.. The first Neo was supposed to be here in November. I don't know if that is still the case.

I have an interview as well. Did you do over the phone with Aero Crew Solutions? I was trying to make my mind up on who to use before my interview in NOV. Anyone else who has recommendations please let me know.

I did mine over the phone. It was one overview phone call that lasted about 15 minutes to prepare for the actual session. The actual session lasted 3 hours. I'm not sure if Aerocrew still manages the interviews for Spirit or not, but at the time, they did so they had the most information and the prep was spot on for what was asked on the interview. Hope this helps.

Just curious, how does: 3200TT, 2200 Jet, 200 TPIC, 1 internal rec. compare to others getting calls for interviews? I understand I'm on the "low side" for flight time, but just wondering the threshold to reach before possibly hearing my phone ring. Thanks
