poor nk guys. some of you actually believe youll see a cba. it just isnt going to happen. the plan has already been set long ago which is that you will see a cba when the merger is done and you get a joined contract with frontier. until then they are just going to enjoy and have you pennies on the dollar.

It is stressful but they aren't fire happy. Study on your own, ask questions, and brown nose. You will be fine. Message me if you have more specific questions, we were all in the same boat at one time.

It's pretty fast passed from what I recently experienced. It's a lot of self study without many days devoted to systems. It's a big boy program but I thought the training was good. Great instructors though!

Any specific suggestions on how to prepare for class, or is there a guide in the packet somewhere I missed? Looking through the new hire CD I'm guessing the smart move is to know the flows and feel pretty good about the systems from the PPTs. Any suggested stuff to study from the AOM, COM, FOM, or QRM?
