Actually, this whole Low Tier thing is refreshing and liberating. I feel released, knowing I no longer have to keep up with the Delta, American and United FOs is nice. No more stress, no more trying to achieve, just sit back and relax.
"Why were you late?", "I'm low tier, low tier pilots are always late".
"Why did you miss that crossing restriction?" "I'm low tier, low tier pilots always miss crossing restrictions"
"Why does your uniform look like you slept in it?" "I'm low tier, irons are for legacy pilots"

Our tier is so low our CEO couldn't reach us from the heights of his ivory tower to say hello

I know, right?

Now that I'm doing ALL communications with the company via ACARS, I've noticed my day is sooo much less stressful.
