Mr. "we're all on the same team" is an internet warrior who missed the lessons on etiquette from mommy and daddy. I suspect he's a shy little puppy in person who probably seeks counselling to buy a pair of shoes and makes a pro's and con chart on wiping his own a**.
By the way, if you got bent by the paper work caller, you would have loved my mid level, amend the push times- complain about people picking up opentime- who answers the phone 2 days early JA *****- genius. The only good thing is it was easier for me to set the tone as my chi is stronger. A vast majority of the "kids" are easy to lead, especially when you commend them on their landings...Lol

When you have a pay slope that is steeper than anyone else in the industry, don't you think at the next contract we should try to fix it?
What we currently have is divisive and I believe if it is not addressed in the next TA it will not be ratified
