On the April bid pack it shows bidding for May will open April 12 and close April 18. Is this a typo? I believe the contract says bidding opens no later than 1200 on the eighth calendar day of the proceeding month...

Adequate numbers of the monthly bid packages will be published and distributed in the pilot domiciles and the Company website no later than 1200 hours local time on the eighth business day of the preceding month. Bidding will be open for six calendar days (144 hours), closing at 1200 hours local time, and be awarded and posted immediately thereafter.

Here's the deal with open time and JAs. I've been sitting on my ass the last few months turning down JAs left and right trying to make a difference. Guess what? The stuff I turn down still goes out on time. The only difference is I made less money that month than the guy that picked it up. But boy I really showed management. We'll get a contract any day now. I think from now on if you want to come on here and promote flying your line you should show your ytd block hours and credit flown. Just my thoughts for the day
