I didn't "ruin" any deals by my posts here. I guess you're right. I'm not very seasoned about this company, it's history, how I have so much influence, and how the pilots suffer from the Stockholm syndrome. Just stop. I'm allowed to have an opinion without getting attacked. I have opinions like everyone else, but to say it moved the needle is laughable. So again, stop. And if you think you know who I am, come talk to me. I'm baffled why you had to try and make it personal?

Loud mouth? Again, I don't go to meetings, I rarely go to the office, basically for ground school. I chime in here once in awhile. Did I encourage no more LOAs, yep, but the survey said I was wrong with a majority wanting the LOAs, so how is it that I have more influence on a ***** board than an official survey? You're high!

Deflection? Whatever dude. You seem to like to show how much you know what management thinks. Aren't you the same guy that was spouting the BS about merging with SW before the IPO, because we had cargo? Those are some great sources you have at Building C. They were wrong then and whoever is filling your pretty little head with how much influence I have is still very much wrong. Again, if you're so confident you think you know who I am, come talk to me personally. I'm sure "Eeyore Pat" would love to chat with you. Pretty sure you don't have the guts. Bye troll.

Uh….getting paid with good work rules would be a new contract, not an LOA. We all want those two things. I don’t know who the guys you’re attacking are, or who you are (and I don’t care either), but there isn’t just a couple guys who didn’t want LOAs that give away negotiating capital. I’ve only flown with one person in the last several months who was for them. Maybe I just get paired with the minority, which seems to be the case based on the survey. But those who aren’t for LOAs just don’t want pay at the expense of work rules, and that’s how it would work if we get paid before the work rules are fixed. Pay fixed=recruiting fixed=company done fixing anything we need fixed.

It’s poor form to call your fellow pilots out by name online. Everyone should have a say in things, it doesn’t matter if you agree with them or not. Don’t continue to lower the bar.

There’s everything from one to six days for just about everyone. Maybe top handful in seat can avoid six days, but I’ve seen guys in the top 15 doing them. Could be by choice, but doubtful.
