They said there has been nearly daily conversations about everything except the meat and potatoes ($$). Trying to get all the other stuff out of the way because nobody's in a position to discuss the big ticket items.

last update was Nov 2nd, we were told this is not the best time to negotiate.

section 6 isn’t a good idea. Union continues to talk with Company and get LOAs worked out and plans for changes to the contract for the future.

For clarification, the 62million in round one was a grant under the payroll support program. Had to go only towards employee payroll. The 45 million was a super low interest loan that can be used for anything. Both of these were technically from CARES 1.0. The amount that SY will get under CARES 2.0 hasn't been released yet, but it will most likely be in the form of another payroll grant.
