quick questions,

Im mil fixed wing R-ATP eligible.
on the website it shows 250 PIC is required and also 100 PIC cross country.
Does this mean PIC as in aircraft commander time?
or is it the FAA definition of PIC which then i can count my military copilot time?
thanks in advance.

I believe it’s the FAA definition of PIC. So yes, your time should count. When in doubt, call an FSDO office.

Times shouldn't be an issue. But there are a number of other questions that can factor in, as I'm sure you know. Beyond things like checkrides and degrees, whether you live locally is important.

Where you live doesn't really matter. In the last year, we have had many new hires from all over the country.

Since we hire CFIs, I'm sure you're more than competitive. If you have checkride failures, etc. own up to them and you should be fine. Just apply and try your best!

I happen to be in the training department, and nothing he said was incorrect. Over the last year, we have hired from all over, not just the MSP area. As a matter of fact, some check airman here even happen to be commuters.

How to say you didn't pass the personality tests without actually saying you didn't pass the personality tests.

Oh, god forbid, some people actually like being here. Not to say that there aren’t improvements to be made, but some of us might like being here.
