I have over 5,000 hours on PT6. same deal with me, BE-1900D in Miami, FCU failed right after takeoff.
Oil pump failed in Cuba.

Yes, -114 in Grand Caravan. PT failure at low altitude. Ditched. One passenger died of heart attack after getting out. Not a fan of PT-6.

Only problem I ever had was an oil pressure loss on a -34. It happened right before my eyes when we were doing our trend data, so we actually shut down before problems. Never actually found out what happened, but I'm guessing oil pump.
