On a delivery of a NG that my company did(to eastern Europe) they flew nonstop to Keflavik and then right on home.

Air Berlin did at least one non-stop delivery to their home base in TXL. However usually an intermediate fuel stop is done.

AA's buying new Airbus'. Hamburg - Canada - DFW. One stop. Against the wind.

That's the same distance(4400nm) as SEA-Berlin which is downwind. 100kt tailwind would allow them to make it non-stop.

An average 100 knot tailwind on a 4400 nm leg is rare, 50-65 is the most you can see for the entire leg.
