Sigmet reporting differences

Sigmet reporting differences
I was looking at Sigmets via aviationweather.gov then I clicked on on WSI pilotbrief. The Sigmet areas did not match.
I was always under the impression that Sigmets were produced and sent out by one agency. Is anyone aware of why the two different websites would show different areas of Sigmets at the same time?

WSI is working as an EWINS. Don't like the NWS forecast? Pay your money and get a forecast that says you can go. Their web site says they are issuing their own advisories for convective activity and turbulence.
