When I went to the regionals I wasn’t worried about quality of life, I was focused on what I needed to do to get to the next level: upgrade, a good training record, no violations and equipment that would move me up the ladder as soon as possible. I was willing to move because I knew it would only be a few years and I was playing the long game....

Congrats. You are part of the problem. The pilots that voted no on concessions for the first time in regional history (XJT and Eagle) earned you the bonuses and increased pay you enjoy while you don't worry about QOL (and enable undercutting us out of our jobs). You demonstrate the qualities of someone with potential to scab. I'm sure you would only be doing it out of responsibility to your family, of course.
