Yup, yup, same here. T-minus 7 days to make a decision.

I'm not a Trans States dude - just some guy that enjoys the brand of humor employed on this thread. Holy crap - what a roller coaster. So what's the seven day decision? Why not go back and fly while you figure out your next move?

Ah man and here I was thinking you were one of the chosen few. One of the bros. To heck with it, I'll make you an honorary Waterskier Bro. Welcome aboard the crazy train. Please keep arms, legs, and all other appendages inside your cart, as this ride is nuttier than squirrel sh!t.

All kidding aside, yeah, we've got seven days from today to make up our minds about whether we're accepting recall or calling it quits for good. Going back is a tough decision after being able to enjoy everyday for the last two months and half months. But as the theory goes it's easier to get a job if you have a job.

Hmmm...tough call man. I don't typically give anything resembling advice on this forum because my experience resides somewhere between regional and legacy (think JetBlue's white trash sister), but my wife deals with the hiring for a legacy, and one of the big factors is recency of experience. I guess my point is, if you want to fly for a living - don't let yourself time out.

Regardless, anytime you fellas are in the southwest, send me a PM. Beers on me!

Good morning. I am contacting you in an effort to determine if you are still interested in employment with Trans States Airlines. I was told this week that we will be having a New Hire Pilot Class for Trans States starting on April 16th. If you are still interested in employment with our company, please contact me at ***-***-****.

K**** R*****-A******

Recruiter

Trans States Holdings

Good luck all. Thankfully I am not forced to accept this.

Haven't had the privilege of picking up my letter yet.... Any specifics on why they suddenly need to hire? Or is it one big fall of '09 recall just to watch everyone quit their current jobs for fun? If it isn't a doubling of fleet size, mark me down for resignation.
