Had an interview today with a few good folks. It went quite well and I got offered the job...however, they mentioned we can expect to be on reserve for two years which threw me off a bit.

Two years? Really? With a sales pitch like that, who's going to go? If that's true so much for the stuff management was saying about the possibility of new flying. Did they give a reason of why they knew it would be exactly two years that you would be on reserve?
