My favorite is, we are going to swap you out of your on time aircraft. So that a late crew can take your plane. Then we are going to swap you in a flight that is already late. So instead of being on time everybody is running late.

The other great one is two crews going to an outstation. One crew brings the airplane in and the two swap with each other on a 35 minute turn rather than each crew keeping the plane they brought in.
Yet, it's on us.
The good news is, with the growth, they will have to start streamlining things to make the operation run better. I second whoever said upper management needs to come out and ride a couple legs and see what is actually going on.

Are we having United Ex aircraft operate on American flying? Aka 835/836HK flying AA routes? Or did these get painted generically/AA colors recently? Pretty confused seeing them flying AA routes.

Even when everything runs smoothly we go out late because for some reason the flight attendant can't close the door until they do about 5 walk throughs of the cabin... I'm not sure why they can't close the door earlier when we know he weights are good and ready to go.
