Amen. Scab sympathy leads to future Scabs, which is why this is enforced so vigorously. The fact that Spirit only added 2 scabs to the list during their strike, unhirable losers flying for a tiny charter outfit, speaks to the success of this system.

Well, I wasn't gonna go there, but since you asked, ATI did operate a few flights. All the other local operators (Atlas, Southern, Kalitta, etc) encounted the picket line that morning and went back to the hotel.

The only one being dishonest here is you. Let’s refocus, shall we? Instead of you having an emotional meltdown, try and actually read what I wrote, not try to use someone else’s words as mine. I was quite particular in choosing my words so you wouldn't scream like chicken little, but yet you do it anyway, which tells me you’re not the sharpest tool in the shed.
He did the same thing to me (almost word-for-word) on another thread. Maybe he'll do you the same favor he did for me, and block you like that coward that he is. Despite what you've been told, sometimes the trash does take itself out.

Safe to say hes a mindless troll, and bottom-feeder fanboi.

So anyway... Yeah! I have an update to the scab list. Still looking for a point of contact to send the update to. Its not a new strike, its just an update to the old list to track where a scab from a previous strike is flying now. I really don't care what anyone's opinions are about unions, or scabs or whether or not they should be given a pass. You can start your own "should scabs be forgiven" thread, and cr@p-post over there. I just looking for information about who to contact to make the update. Don't have it? Keep scrolling!!!

Thanks to all the union bothers who called out scabs for what they are.

I put her on my ignore list. Woros much better that way.

In the real world, honorable pilots don't make such accusations that they can't back up.

for anybody doubting that, I know JB, he is no scab. Very much the opposite, he's a pilot's pilot. Watched him walk away from an easy gig because the company screwed over some new hires. He doesn't just talk the talk, he walks it too. Good guy.

I’ll take your comment at face value. But, he’s out of step with MOST of the industry’s culture. Nobody should be jumping on dues paying members for making jokes at a scab’s expense. Ostracizing them is how we prevent future scabs. We won’t forget what they did. Ever. It’s a scarlet letter they wear for their entire career and into retirement. It defines them. Any attempt to say things like “ you weren’t even on the property when it happened, move on” will be met with a big fat hell no.

I support the list. Just a question. Do pilot scabs get removed from the list after they turn 65? I see one from an action in 1932. Somehow I bet he is not flying, probably not even living.

The philosophy has always been "once a scab, always a scab." Unionism relies heavily on peer pressure to function effectively. Immortalizing scabs just serves as a reminder for future generations.

Put it on their tombstone when they die at age 100, but then take them off this list. My 2 cents worth.
