Policies and our jobs

As I said before...more qualified individuals have weighed in on the matter, and your opinion is simply not correct.
Sorry chief, there's no sale to be had here.
Maybe you can scrounge together an audience from the Sovereign Citizens crowd or the guys on the street corner waiving the "End of times are nigh!" signs?
Have a nice day.

So where exactly does the Constitution authorize labor relations as a function of the federal government?

The US constitution never addressed aviation.
Go figure.
It's a living document, subject to amendment, adaption, change, and interpretation. Further, the constitution provisioned for a government which creates laws and policies and governs.
Again, go figure.
The notion that if it's not mentioned in the constitution as originally drafted, it must be wrong, is idiotic, and a concept promoted by idiots.

Exactly.
You got that partly correct. If the federal government wants to govern airspace then it needs to amend the document to be able to do so.

You're proudly doubling down on ignorance, we got it. Big teenage-angst energy you got going on there. Let us know when you're a recognized legal authority on the matter. Have fun at your flat-earth and moon-landing deniers conventions.
Have a nice day!
