Default USAPA Questions

My understanding of the USAPA takeover was that ALPA services ceased immediately. My question is:

Was USAPA immediately prepared to take over grievances that were being handled by ALPA?

If the answer to the above question is "yes", has USAPA acted honorably and competently in their defense of any pilots (both East and West)?

Did USAPA have any insurance services immediately available to their constituents?

What, if any, services did ALPA provide the pilot group that are no longer available?

Not wanting to start a flame war at all - just wanting to get a feel for the operational issues USAPA has faced, and how well they have done. Thank you.
