What's the matter with right here? JR, that's pretty funny. Two questions put to you remain unanswered; do you owe trip loss money and what do you think of ALPA? Just honest answers are required, no spin.

Sorry, but it was he who chose to come on a public forum. His action invites scrutiny and apparently he lives in a glass house -- GET IT?

The fact is he is a liar. He owes the money and refuses to repay it. He was not in full-time trip loss status but part-time status and therefore is required to pay it back as opposed to a fly back option, for example. He can rationalize all he wants but he owes the money and will have to repay it.

He has also publicly stated he wants to throw out ALPA. I have a problem with this. One, change is not guaranteed progress. Two, we have all the resources available to us with ALPA to move forward. Why change course?

 

To Jayson and all those on this forum... While Jayson feels that gufusu is me, let me set the record straight. I am a CAL pilot. I just signed up for this forum on Sunday. I have never been on this forum before. I never responded to him. He is grasping at straws as to who gufusu is. His paranoia shows the kind of person he is. Not only paranoid, but insecure too. Is this the kind of person the EWR pilots deserve as a rep? Not in my book....And yes, he does owe ALPA money. It's amazing how ALPA can call those who owe money (APPROX 5k +) a MIGS...This has happened all the way back to the trip loss scandal several years ago. I can take myself off of dues checkoff...not pay my dues in protest, and be terminated for not paying...Why is that? Jayson, did you or did you not have trips bought from you by the union? Did you or did you not show up for the rally in Houston (for which the trips were bought)? Seems to me you are no better than those that stole from us in the past. And you want to officially take your place at the ALPA feeding trough? OMG! Maybe ALPA wants you to be beholding to them in order to control you...mmm....pay the money Jayson or don't run for office. It's that simple.

 

Paranoid? I don't think so. I'm wondering how much FREE time you've been willing to donate to our pilot group? (My bet is zero, and just attending a meeting is NOT considered doing work for the pilots either....) How many events/committees have YOU worked on for FREE on your days off? I was on a couple of committees too, but got tired of hearing our pilots complaining about EVERYTHING, especially since I did 99% of my work ON MY OWN TIME.... with NO trip loss. Yep, I took my precious days off and used my own gas/car/money to try and help our pilots............but no more. This type of continual complaining is not what I want to support any more. If you guys want things better, then I highly suggest YOU donate your time and make it better for a change. I know Jayson and how much work he has done for FREE for this pilot group. $5000 or whatever the figure wouldn't begin to even START paying for the good he's done. Too bad some on here will never understand that...........
