FEDEX ALPA seems to be doing very well. SWAPA and the IPA are also very successful. I count three.

Cliff, do you really believe the crux of the problem is the free market, or perhaps is it due to a surplus of people who are willing to fly airplanes for all but free? Look in the mirror very carefully before you answer that question.

My base pay as a 2nd year FO is $70/year, and my actual min monthly pay is about $7000/month.
