Amending TA while voting is open?
Voting should not be active while the TA is being amended. This is an exploitable process violation. If someone has access to the tally then achieving 51% pass will be simple. They'll do incremental changes with an associated PR campaign and watch the numbers until they have 51%.
I don't want to be told that BRO NO ONE CAN SEE THE VOTE. That's irrelevant. As long as voting and amendments run concurrently we can't trust the process to be fair.
