Default password grumbles...

I am currently locked out of CCS due to password violation(fat fingers)

The IT guy helping me had to change his password today and locked himself out. He's now on the phone trying to get his unlocked so that he can log into the tool to unlock me.

:/

I wonder how many people write down passwords, reducing the security that frequent changing is trying to create...

I do. I do it in a way that even if someone found my "code book," it would be unlikely they could figure out what they were FOR.

The one time I didn't write one down?

Five months ago....I wiped out my company ipad.

EZCCS. I also have a "Password Locker" app (msecure) on my IPHONE to help me with that stuff.

Still looking for an app that makes the crew desk set up an account when they call my phone. Every time they call they would have to change their password before it would connect to me. And no previous passwords, consecutive numbers, names, etc.

If there aint one available, I bet you could make a fortune if you wrote the code for one. Maybe you could talk Tom over at Crew Companion to write one
