Default Wifi reimbursement on DHs?

First of all, why is USAW such a pain in the arse to find anything. How do you file Wifi reimbursements in USAW? Or any other misc expenses. Such as food for DHs, etc...

Thanks!

In my experience, the ONLY expense that you use USAW for is middle seat deadhead which we never used uSource for in the past.

I've always used usource for wifi, and money received back in my account no problem. Just submitted one the other day.

Pretty sure most claims for direct reimbursement are uSource. DH wifi, dry cleaning, taxi, hotel walk. Items that require an adjustment in the pay statement, USAW, then, after denial, CPO.

Seriously been considering t mobile. The free international data and text is appealing.

Works great Europe and South America for me..... haven't tried it in Asia much yet though.
The free internet/texting on all flights is really a great benefit as well.
