You were below the g line, filing a dispute won't change anything. Did you waive the restrictions of 24 off in 7 and lower the default of 2 days off between work blocks to either 1 or 0 in your last big group?

What did you do this month? Did you run into the buffer 95/762

I actually didn't waive anything, but there are acceptable lines given out to people below me that would have worked on my line easily. I understand being below the G line puts me at pbs mercy, but based on seniority I assume the people junior to me should be hosed first???

Could be they needed you on reserve for a given day. Need to check that also.

I've had the exact same thing happen to me. Just FYI the PBS guys don't recommend filing a dispute until after youve called them and looked at it together. Call them though at best the system might have screwed up(I doubt it) at worst you'll learn something new. It helped me. |

Unfortunately no, they got lines and you didn't because the system was able to find a better overall solution after taking into account everyone's pre-assignments and preferences. Our PBS is not a seniority based system.

Where's that number again?
231 UGOTPBS I was close, I dialed 231 UGOTSCRD first... |
It's not called the "seniority bidding system." It's called the Preferential Bidding System.
You may prefer this, or you may prefer that. but it doesn't really matter what you prefer because the job of the system is to put butts in seats. |

Found it.
231 UGOTPBS I was close, I dialed 231 UGOTSCRD first... Onto the dispute. Maybe I should keep a better eye on my pay too. |
