Today is my 65th Birthday and as of mid-night yesterday I was officially retired. I believe 65 is good age to hang up my wings. I was hired April 28, 1986. Flying for United has been the best job I ever had and want to thank all my First Officers for keeping me out of trouble. All the Best to my fellow Airline Pilots.

May your years in retirement be filled with fun and friends!! Congrats!!
But most importantly thanks for moving me up a number . . .
Kidding , kidding.
Seriously congratulations and enjoy!

P.S. I hope you won't retire from keeping us honest on the forum. Nothing like a person that was "actually there" to keep it "real".
