Default Question about United Polaris

So, I was researching the United Polaris for BusinessClass and I keep seeing progress on the 777 and 767's Does anyone know if they plan on doing the new Polaris seating on 787's as well??

It will be on the -10’s later this year as they start being delivered. As for the -8’s and -9’s, they will probably be the last widebodies to be retrofitted.

Those are some of our newest and still very comfortable cabins in service so I doubt they would push to get them done early. 787-10 will have the new polaris seat from Kodiac as long as they have fixed their supply chain issues. I know our passengers like the new polaris seat for aisle access and storage but the old seat (on the 787) was very similar in many ways.

With the most recent Crew Resources update pointing out that the original -8s are coming up on their first Heavy Maintenance visit, that will be our first indication of whether or not the Zodiac Polaris seats will be a priority for them, as this would be a (somewhat) logical time to do the retro-fit if they would want to.

Personally, I am guessing they will not for the reasons mentioned above.

I read somewhere awhile back that the 787s would be the last to be modified. 767, then 777, and then finally the 787 if I recall properly...
