My issue is that I can’t even purchase a flight. Would someone from UAL please try on Safari to get to the screen to buy a pass (R2 Standby) on DAL and tell me if you’re successful? Thanks.

I posted this question a few months back, and here’s the correct answer:
Log out of the myidtravel site, and log back in. Make sure to reference the login information from the EmployeeRes link as far as employee number to enter and hopefully you remember your password. For whatever reason, the link takes you to a generic login that doesn’t work. If you have problems, PM me or call their service center. They’re very helpful.

I couldn’t get my app to work either ... had the same issue. Did you try the suggestion to go in through flyingtogether/ employeeRes/ quick links/ other airline/interlink travel?
To purchase R2 standby tickets I followed this path above and entered the link for myidtravelpurchase.com (NOT MyID90travel.com). Worked for me on Delta last month. Good luck

I'm getting a "general availability error" when trying to list for WN jumpseat. Tried different browsers, devices, clearing cookies... nothing works. I only get this error with Southwest, all other airlines work... Wtf?

But yes, VX is gone and it’s just AS now. For jumpseating list one hour before at the gate. But no later than 30 minutes prior, apparently the Eskimo natives can deny you if you come under 30 prior.
