90 hours a month at whatever the first year pay rate is currently (in the iPad). Medical benefits day 1. Travel benefits day 1. Hotel paid throughout training. Per dime 24/7, even if you go home. 2 days off during training, positive space home. Laundry paid for. When you get online it’s a slight pay cut.
I thank all the guys I fly with for this contract...it is far better than past contracts with respect to new hire compensation. This is not one of them, our new hires starting pay in training is as good or better than anybody’s. Thanks to the people who made it happen. Now let’s talk reserve rules, LTD, sick time, and vacation and training pay. |

My apologies for the assumption. Your Tag through me off. But after looking at some of your posts where you call them guppies, I can admit I made the wrong assumption.

It’s not 90 hours. There are several factors that go into training pay. It depends on how long your training footprint is. If you do basic Indoc at the beginning of the month then have a couple weeks off, your pay will be I the 70-75 range. If your training is the entire month with only a couple days of in between training then you could get much more. I ended up with 109 hours one month during training and ioe. My first month was about 70 hours since I had a month break in between Indoc and sims.

Me thinks you got shafted. Long term training is 3 per day from when you show up until OE
There's some pay guides on Flying Together that go into how all of that works. |

It's still pretty good. Just not quite as good as it way before. |
When can new hires activate travel benefits for their wife?
