Never do this!

If you can't figure out how to land the-400, just do an autoland and pay attention-it will teach you.

Don't know nothin' about the 400, except that in general the more they stretch them the worse they fky and harder they get to land, so there is that.

Funny, I have had the opposite experience. In my opinion the A321 lands much easier than the 319/320 and the 77W is easier to roll on than the 772.

Next up: compare the 737-700 to the 737-900. ;)

I’ve got a grand total of one landing in a 767-400. The 300 quite a few more. On a 300 you want to hold the power in until the bitter end. Either that or add a couple of kts to your target speed.

I know nothing about the 764, but landing with power is an almost sure fire way to bang the tail on the uberbuppy.

I’ve flown a few different transport jets and have learned that the best way to cover up a bad landing is to apply max reverse thrust and uneven braking. This will make the pax forget all about the touchdown and give the illusion that conditions are much worse than they appeared on final.

“Sorry, Folks. We had to bounce over that helpless turtle on the runway to avoid hitting it.” :D
