$75K is the minimum amount for filing federal suits with plaintiffs and defendants in different states. So the amount is really only a placeholder to get the ball rolling.

It is the "Daily Mail", after all- the British equivalent of National Enquirer.
Notice how she didn't begin undergoing "treatment" for ptsd until after he was acquitted in the criminal trial- thus reducing her chance for a big payoff, 7 months later.
Based on recent payoffs, I think if United doesn't settle this soon, it will die. We tend to "take responsibility" for everything.
This looks like a nuisance suit, looking for a quick buck.
If he's not flying since 2016, maybe in the HIMS program.
