I had Prater in the jumpseat several years ago and asked him point blank about the A380 rate. He said that It only gets used if it is actually on the property and that our contract rate does nothing to the salary that the president makes.

Once you find that document, you’ll have to search for the resolution regarding national officer compensation. Sniper66 is close, but it’s a 26% override. The 380 rates would only matter if they were on property.
