Default Pilot service center closed at night

Just tried to call for a deadhead deviation. The PCS has a recording that they are unavailable, but leave a number and they’ll call back tomorrow.

Wonder what their new hours are.

Crew desk will authorize at night. I usually wait til night to call so I don’t have to make two calls.

So in the mean time I have 2 Pos space bookings for the same day. Oh well.

Glad I didn’t need some remote iPad support.

Whoever the asshat is that hung up on you should be educated as to their job description. Calling the fodm and explaining that you are receiving no support from the crew desk is the fastest way to rattle cages. Sorry that happened to ya.
