Add “at work” to every question…..and then consider what sort of employee you think this company wants working for them. That’s what I did. YMMV
for example : “I care what people think of me” Gut response : 🖕🏻😠🖕🏻 “at work” response : yes….I most certainly do care what all those customers think of me….representing your brand. |
Got this advice, it's worked for me and worked for everyone that I've given it to....
Have a beer. Crack another and have it while you take the test. The idea is not to get drunk, just to relax for a sec and not get wrapped around the axel about the questions. |

The process changed in last 8 months, don’t rely on old posts. Just answer truthfully, don’t over think and don’t try change a answer to what you thought you answered before.

Also, are there any online prep companies for Hogan?
I know UAL are hiring in massive numbers now but they do weed out people in Hogan even before f2f! So many suggested taking a drink before answering the test alone... What else? There have been fabulous pilots who failed! Is it a T/F answer now or a scale with strongly agree....strongly disagree? Stay consistent to answers and anymore tips? |

Please share what process changed. Thanks!
The best advice I can give for the hogan is to give the most truthful answer, most of the time it’s the first one in your head. Don’t worry about your previous answers, think of it like baseball, each one is a new pitch. Your answers will contradict each other. For instance, I don’t like to party but I do like get together with friends, stuff like that |

It’s all done remotely with a webcam facing you. In fact they make you do a 360 with your webcam to look around the room and make sure you’re not cheating somehow. I literally took almost everything out of my office except for the desk so they wouldn’t have any reason to suspect anything. Pretty sure the instructions also said you could have water in a clear container if I remember correctly. Although I definitely consumed lots of beer after waiting for the results…

Why do you need a webcam? What's there to cheat with a personality test?
