From a TK/FTC source the training that has been scheduled so far only includes pilots needing the full QUAL course. There training blocks that are available for the shorter RQ-X courses that haven’t been made yet on the NB fleets. |

I have a question for the peanut gallery. I am a junior WB FO and between 3400-3500 from the bottom (approximately 74% system seniority). I was bumped to the Airbus. So my question is how long do I keep my WB pay rate? I know it’s the later of effective date, beginning IOE, or 1 for 1. I thought that I remember the Union said in a comm that the Company likes to train from the bottom for displacements because they can get burned by the 1 for 1 scenario. What say you???

Who is going to be keeping track of the pay protections? The SSC? Could get complicated.....
