SK forgot the "shared reward" part of Tilton's mantra. "shared sacrifice, shared reward". Remember that?
Only we got the sacrifice (for a decade), and management got the reward. When we reminded them of the shared reward part, we got slapped with a restraining order. It took 2.5 years after the merger to share in that reward!! Good gawd I hope we don't fall for that sh1te again. In my opinion, we would be fools to even consider it. Let's just "negotiate" for a few years.

I just took an across the board 20% pay cut. Not withstanding furloughs, when everyone in the Suites takes a 20% haircut that only snaps back up when mine does.... we can talk about shared sacrifice.
As a matter of fact, what ever employee has taken the largest pay cut by percentage... should be the baseline for every manager. Until I see that implemented with zero executive bonuses, they can pound sand. It’s how NWA saved their pensions.

It’s absolutely unfathomable that Special K would parrot Glenn Tilton and think it would be received with anything other than intense distrust. Special K is not getting off to a good start!

Since we are all sharing the sacrifice can we cancel the entire quarantine for starters please? Cancel mandatory masks too? I’m ready to sacrifice light expenses and embrace full loads, for my fellow man.
I mean, we can riot and break sh&* so can’t people fly in our nice controlled environment?
People wanna fly away from the riots. Asking for a friend. FF. FUPM.
