The only justification I could see was saving the company a travel day or 2... Should that really be where their priorities lie instead of giving us a well rested productive sim session..? Thats your idea of grueling? Seriously? It’s awesome, I fly in the morning of day one and I’m out and on a plane home by lunch on day four. |

I hear you, but it’s not everyone’s cup of tea. I get the circadian disruption bit......cost of being in the biz I guess |

The FTC has overwhelmingly been asked to schedule like that for people wanting to go home on their off days. If you feel unprepared or fatigued, call and ask them to change your schedule. When you use those key words, you’ll get your schedule changed. |

Why not provide travel days and 2 days off to avoid condensing the clock over a 4 or 5 day period... Making 20 hour days out of 24 hour days negates our contractual restrictions of time spent at the training facility... In a given day you are expected to train for approximately 8 hours, eat, sleep and prepare for the next day and you’re forced to do that in 20hrs..I think it diminishes the quality of learning...
SIM periods are 6+30. Not 8hrs. |

When I commute and put myself behind the clock it’s a personal choice. When the company does it’s usually to save a buck. |

How is that schedule unproductive? Get it late day 1? Grind out the sessions and our early on the last day. Sounds incredibly productive.
I don’t think the point is productiveness, rather a fatigue issue. |

You’re probably right. That was just perhaps a poor word to use for mentioning an efficient training schedule that doesn’t waste ones time at TK over the course of 4 days.
Some people love TK.......they’ve been there for 20 plus years......😂😂😂 |
