Apparently it's a long tradition at UAL. There's a video on YouBoob called "The Man Up Front" that shows the training center in the 1960s, and it's some of the squarest looking dudes you'll ever see.

Neat from a historical perspective, though.

the coolest dude in the place was Arnold Palmer.
