In all fairness the training "process" is very much a moving target, and will likely be one step forward and two steps back until the next 2 Displacement rounds are completed. The company won't even know the names and planes part of the training plan until the end of the year at best.
SP Which course gets filled first? initial qual? requal? cq? landings? And on what timeline? What if anything’s gets left for real time (besides sick calls? |
I’d like to know how far out some of these events are scheduled. As an example, will a 756 or 777 pilot from a closed base who needs something like an RQ3 for another aircraft be towards the end of the line, or somewhere else? Being that they are pay protected, there isn’t really a cost savings element to training them in any order. Any TK people know how far out they fill the schedule for RQ 2 or 3 training events?

DEC pilot skeds will be awarded then they will build January so they can open PI bids and allow pilots to bid for CQ. |

Should that be considered a firm date, or is it only an actual assignment when it shows up under the my training schedule tab or when you get a CCS notification? Procrastinating minds want to know.

No idea. I’d assume it to be soft until it shows up under trading schedule.
