In my experience, UAL rate at Marriott gets points and stay credits. TVL rate does not. I’ve seen cases where TVL is a few dollars less, and I pay the higher UAL rate to get the points. I’ve also seen cases where the TVL rate is about half the UAL rate, in which case I’ll take the TVL rate and forfeit the points.

Hilton may have crew rates, depending on occupancy, and parking is free. You have to call the front desk to get the crew rate. Give them your Honors number and you can get the digital key and pass up the front desk. Shuttle runs 24 hours.
Same with Hampton Inn except the digital key and shuttle service is limited. That being said, it's next to the Hilton and you can walk there to catch the shuttle.
Both have full Honors program privileges/points/etc.
